These sandwiches/wraps didn't photograph well. What I had to do was pull out my rolling pin and flatten a normal slice of decrusted bread. That way I could add ham, cheese, lettuce and ketchup, roll them up and hold them with a toothpick. I also made one with salami. I guess next time I'll slice them so they look like sushi sandwiches. The rest are cocktail sausages, carrot slices, red pepper and a lemon biscotti that's now too soft to be called biscotti and is instead a stale lemon cake, for dessert. But she really liked the lemon "cookies" so she's happy and that's all that matters.
