Marzipan inside a muffin?Would you share the recipe - I am soo very curious about this one.

I got the idea from the popular Easter cake Simnel Cake where balls of marzipan are toasted on the top of the cake, but it didn't work the way I'd envisioned. Still yummy!
Does the marzipan get gooey or does it tend to stay solid? Did you use a flavored marzipan?
The marzipan went gooey because I made the balls too small. It's not flavoured other than itself which is sweet and almondy but it's golden marzipan which means they've added colour to it.
Where do you get your furikake from?
Furikake is bought from Japan Centre in London. This one, and the one for the 28th, are from the Hello Kitty sachet set. They're pretty good and: Hello Kitty! Seems that HK has the ability to make anything, even powdered fish, exciting and fun.
Ahh, okay! I figured it was from Japan Centre (which I get to roughly once a month sometimes), but sometimes the packaging there is so confusing I never know what to get! I'll have to look out for it now...
